About the event
We will meet in the library's Meeting Room 101A/B for a guided meditation, reiki workshop, and energy readings.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your comfort. We will also have chairs available along with restrooms and water fountains on site. Please do bring your own water if you want to. Dress comfortably, perhaps an extra layer for the shifting temperature in the library.
